Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specifically stated: Deposits for courses and tours are due upon registration. Deposits received for Ancient Explorations’ travel courses and tours can be 80% refunded up to 90 days before the date of the trip's first day of travel. After 90 days before the trip, no refunds will be granted.

Final balance payments are due no later than 30 days before the course or tour. Balance payments are 80% refundable up to two weeks (14 days) before the date of the trip's first day of travel. After 14 days before the trip, no refunds will be granted.
